Herbs

One of the first aspects of my nutritional study that I found I could put into practice in my massage work is working with healing herbs. Herbal preparations can provide natural support to our body's own health-promoting systems. With my massage clients, I like to extend the healing impulse beyond the massage session, and find that, as with aromatherapy, I can often provide an herbal tea that clients can take with them.

I will be including information about these herbs on the site. My approach is to study a few select herbs, and get to know them well. As I learn about others, I will include more information on this site.

Disclaimer: The information included on this site was researched from many sources and is provided for information purposes only. Use of herbal preparations as part of a total wellness regimen is not a substitute for treatment of specific medical conditions. As always, consult your doctor or health practitioner for any medical complaint.
